Dr. Dalko is a Project Leader at JAFAN Consulting. She is a financial economist and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience. She is an expert in M& and business analysis and valuation. She serves as a management consultant, executive educator, and visiting professor in 15 countries on five continents. Dr. Dalko provides consulting and executive training on how to improve corporate risk management, business strategy, corporate finance, and financial market strategies, especially as they support successful turnaround and sustainable development of the firm. She has coached members of the Board of Directors, top management team, and non-finance executives on financial analysis and decision-making subjects. Dr. Dalko serves on several private boards and is a Member of the Adjusted Financial Reporting Standards (UAFRS) Advisory Council.

Dr. Dalko served as Advisor to the President National Bank of Hungary and was coordinating the budgetary operations as Chief of Staff of the Committee of Budget, Tax, and Finances of the Hungarian Parliament. As an entrepreneur, Dr. Dalko established and manages a think tank in 1999. She was the founding Dean of the New York Hult Rotation Center, a complete seasonal campus. She was the first Discipline Lead of Finance at Hult, organizing and standardizing the discipline across four countries. She is currently a Global Professor of Finance at Hult International Business School and an Adjunct Professor of Finance at Harvard Univerity.
