Mr. Alhuwaimel is a faculty staff member in the accounting sector at the Institute of Public Administration. He is the chairman of Riyadh’s first zakat and tax objection committee. In addition, Mr. Alhuwaimel is now a member of many professional committees, such as the committee for developing the government audit standards and the committee for forming the government accounting system in Saudi Arabia. Also, Alhuwaimel was a member of the accounting standards committee at the Saudi Organization for Certified Accountants (SOCPA).
Mr. Al-Huwaimel is a financial and accounting consultant in internal audit, zakat, tax, and governmental accounting. He worked as a part-time consultant for National Anti-Corruption Commission for a year. He has also participated in preparing and correcting the test fellowship at (SOCPA) for many years. Mr. Al-Huwaimel participated as a researcher for the corporate governance index at Alfisal university.

Mr. Al-Huwaimel participated in many consultative studies, such as designing an internal audit program (post-graduate diploma) preparing the Zakat diploma for zakat departments in GCC countries. He also developed the organization’s structure for the Institute of Public Administration. He was a member of a team advisor for preparing the organization’s structure for King Salman Humanitarian and Aid Relief Center. Mr. Al-Huwaimel prepares the financial rules& regulations for many organizations such as the Institute of Public Administration and Mawadah Charity.
Mr. Al-Huwaimel has published two books: Governmental accounting in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Zakat and Tax Accounting in Saudi Arabia (has approved in eight universities). Mr. Al-Huwaimel has provided many training programs in the area of internal audit. Tax and zakat, and governmental accounting.
